 MB2 Dental has an opening for a talented and motivated Commercial Lines Insurance-Lockbox Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work for the fastest-growing dental partnership organization in the country. 

• Timely posting of all lockbox payments for assigned partner offices
•  Proper distribution of any correspondence received through lockbox to other departments
•  Making the proper adjustments to patient ledgers according to the Explanation of benefits and company standards
•  Create Issue traks for all denials received for further review 
•  File secondary claims as needed with supporting documentation
•  Complete other projects as assigned

• Understanding of Dental Insurance and Explanation of benefits
• Previous high volume posting experience
• Dentrix, Eagle Soft or Easy Dental software experience preferred
• Detail oriented with great organizational skills
• Typing/Data Entry Skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to achieve set timelines/goals
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• MS Office Suite knowledge is a plus
