MB2 Dental is a rapidly growing dental service organization supporting over 525 dental offices in 38 states across the United States. We are seeking a Dental Marketing Representative to join our team and showcase our specialty dental partners to general dentists in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. This role is vital to fostering referral patterns and expanding the patient bases of our specialty practices.

 

As an extension of our Marketing Team, the Dental Marketing Representative will have room for upward growth within MB2's newly growing Field Marketing arm. The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude, heaps of initiative, flexibility, and a polished demeanor. A passion for marketing and relationship building is essential to succeeding in this role. This role will have a base salary with performance-based bonus incentives based on referral and patient growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research prospective referral partners, develop outreach strategies, identify prospects, reach decision makers, and close business.
  • Build and nurture relationships to identify more opportunities for patient referrals.
  • Create and manage B2B marketing content.
  • Act as a marketing representative visiting with general dentistry practices in the assigned territory. Includes routine visits or contacts via phone or internet with travel expected 50% of the time.
  • Monitor and grow relationships in the assigned territory.
  • Engage in consultative marketing strategy and provide detailed information to help educate and guide general practices.
  • Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities to grow the referral base and formulate strategies to meet/exceed goals.
  • Develop events that engage the community and potential referral partners.
  • Drive patients to MB2 dental locations.
  • Represent MB2 Doctors professionally in the field.
  • Report weekly to the partners and marketing manager.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of general business experience preferred. Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational focus and attention to detail.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute against various work-streams simultaneously.
  • Driven and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Optimism and a sense of humor.
  • B2B sales or marketing experience and proven history of providing results.
