 MB2 Dental has an opening for a talented and motivated Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work for the fastest-growing dental partnership organization in the country. 

 

The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

The right person will have strong people skills, be able to handle a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks and be proficient with computers and the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to MB2 Dental and affiliate offices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Manage technology and telecommunications systems and provide general support to staff
  • Resolve office/building-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing communications in a timely manner
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Maintain trusting relationships with owners, affiliate offices, clients, and colleagues
  • Proactively manage, coordinate, and organize activities (discovery/signing days, MB2 events, office parties, swag room etc.)
  • Assist with orientating staff when applicable

Qualifications

  • Office management/administration/supervisory experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve, and make decisions within job scope
  • Superior written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong track record of customer service and effective people skills
  • Good understanding of processes, policies and procedures required for supporting a business office
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a positive team environment
