As MB2 Dental is experiencing tremendous growth, we are expanding our HR team by including an HR Integration Coordinator.  This position with work closely with the Chief Integration Officer and team of Integration Project Directors supporting acquisitions and de novos.  This position will also work closely with our Payroll department to ensure all acquired employees are ready to go in our payroll system from day 1.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately update employee’s information in the system
  • Complete wage analysis and exclusion checks
  • Complete background check on potential owners
  • Set up Workers’ Compensation locations for the offices
  • Be readily available to assist with any issues week 1 of integration
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and completes I-9 electronically
  • Prepare and file documents into appropriate employee files
  • Projects assigned by the Team Lead as needed

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with ADP a plus but not required
  • Previous admin experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail & time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
