MB2 Dental Solutions has an opening for a talented, and motivated Orthodontic Aging Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the growing premier dental management companies in the Dallas area.

 

Primary Function:
This position will be responsible for follow up on all Orthodontic Insurance claims, filing appeals and requesting additional needed information for assigned brands/locations.

Responsibilities

Ensure treatment plan and charge out accuracy
File all original and follow up claims to insurance
Build Patient/Insurance payment plans in practice management software
Research and correct any claim discrepancies for assigned brands/locations
Directly address all insurance denials received
Review all Orthodontic accounts for patient and insurance payments on monthly basis
Communicate directly with client offices to request any additional information needed.
Follow up and resolve all communication requests
Print and Mail patient Collection letters
Calculate and Adjust accounts for collections or in-complete treatment
Monthly Orthodontic aging reporting MB2 Management
Monthly Practice Report Card creation
Weekly posting of Dental Banc patient payments
Communicate any financial corrections to Finance department
Educate office staff as needed on Orthodontic accounts

Qualifications

Understanding of Orthodontics and Commercial Insurance claim processing

Dentrix, Eagle Soft or Easy Dental software experience preferred

Great oral and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Understanding of billing and appeals process

Ability to prioritize workload to achieve set timelines/goals

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

MS Excel knowledge is a plus
