    The RDA and Clinical Equipment Manager is responsible for oversight of clinical equipment, supplies, and vendors while providing dental assistant training, coaching and mentorship to MB2 partner practices. This position works closely with the Integration and Operations teams to ensure partner dental practices are equipped in an efficient and clinically appropriate manner before, during, and after ownership transactions. As needed, the RDA and Clinical Equipment Manager may also provide training, education, and onsite assistance for RDAs and staff at the office level.  


    • Generating audits of dental office equipment and supplies for offices before an acquisition or partnership
    • Ensuring de novo practices are equipped as necessary prior to opening for business
    • Reviewing equipment and supply inventories after office opening to ensure stated plans were fully executed
    • Assisting with equipment management for legacy MB2 practices
    • Triaging, responding to, and/or handling inbound equipment requests from offices (e.g., equipment in need of repair)
    • Providing education and training for office staff as necessary to perform effectively in related areas (e.g., supply procurement, OSHA, Inventory Management) and/or other areas of expertise
    • Supporting MB2 growth by contributing as necessary to additional Integration team demands


    • 3 years of dental office experience (Required)
    • RDA license and experience (Required) 
    • Ability to travel 60+% in aggregate, with some travel concentrated in acute windows (Required)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills; mature, diplomatic and discrete with sensitive information
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Willing and able to learn new software tools as necessary to conduct daily business
    • Ability to work successfully in a fast‐paced and high energy environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team‐oriented environment, and demonstrated ability to operate with limited daily direction
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Demonstrated basic mechanical skills or willingness to learn basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot dental office equipment
    • Willingness to learn (or demonstrated proficiency in) basic maintenance on Autoclaves, vacuum pumps, air compressors
