    We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician with hands on support experience and a strong emphasis towards network infrastructure installation/ termination to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides first line of remote or onsite support and problem resolution for technology products or applications.
    • Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with organization’s computer systems or PCs and resolves customer inquiries for one or more products or services.
    • Analyzes simple to moderate issues and determines appropriate technical tier level and or vendor to help resolve issues.
    • Maintains written documentation for each call; escalates complex problems to the next level of support as required by documented procedures; communicates efficiently and effectively with customers.
    • Responds to customer calls, e-mail, chat and other request tools for technical support.
    • Displays sensitivity to callers’ needs and situations.
    • Data/ Phone line installation/ termination; Router and Switch installation/ configuration.
    • Actively maintains and utilizes up to date knowledge of IT systems in order to help resolve issues more productively..
    • Understands and desires to meet individual and Service Center goals, as well as mentor team members to help broaden the teams knowledge and technical skills.

    Qualifications

    Required skills/experience

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • A+ or CCNA certification
    • Minimum 1 year experience with tools and techniques for maintaining an environment where all understand or committed to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
    • Minimum 1 year experience with providing effective and efficient real-time remote/ onsite support for variety of desktop technology users.
    • Minimum 1 year experience with Data network installation/ termination.

    • Remote computing Data/Phone line termination Router/Switch installation
    • Configuration Server setup/ installs Patch Panel termination Technical troubleshooting Help Desk Telecommunications
    • VOIP PC/workstation hardware Server hardware Server Software IT environment Application development tools
    • Active Directory VMware installations Mounting TV's Working Experience in: PC/Workstation Software Application delivery process
    • Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus
